0-1 years experience, Excellent Communication & convincing skills & Strong Knowledge.

  • Facilitates DaytoDay Classes to Assist Participants in Gaining Knowledge.
  • Demonstrates understanding of Employability Skills, Life Skills and Procedures with understanding of various teaching methods.
  • Instructs students in Job Seeking, Application Procedures; Resume Writing, Interview Preparation and Job Retention Skills and Attitudes.
  • Career Information Workshops and Presentations as needed.
  • Facilitates Career Counseling, Evaluation, Skills Training, Job readiness training.
  • Conducts classes in an atmosphere that promotes caring and respect in accordance with the Mission and Vision of Appteknow Careers.

Skills Required:


  • Training Experience proficient in Training Methodologies, Curriculum Development and Soft Skills
(Communication Skills, Critical thinking, Time Management, Team Building, Aptitude, Interview Process, Career Guidelines etc.)

  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High energy, Enthusiastic, Motivational Training Style.
