Description

As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate ideas, concepts, and messages effectively.

You will collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs across various platforms and mediums.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design: Develop creative concepts and design solutions based on project requirements and client briefs.

Create Visual Assets: Design visual elements such as logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, social media graphics, website layouts, infographics, and more.

Use Design Software: Proficiently use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.

Understand Brand Guidelines: Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design across all platforms and materials.

Collaborate: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet their requirements.

Meet Deadlines: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within specified deadlines.

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and stay relevant in the field.

Receive and Implement Feedback: Accept constructive feedback and make necessary revisions to designs based on client or team feedback.

Prepare Files for Production: Prepare final design files for print or digital production, ensuring they meet required specifications and standards.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus.

Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in design work.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing for various industries (e.g., technology, healthcare, fashion, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web design languages.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
Experience with print production processes.

Salary:
₹10, ₹33,486.38 per month
