Description

Quality Assurance Associate

Perform QC/QA review of communications by sampling delivered communications, and review the content to ensure it was displayed correctly, and that all required information is included.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance of the Document Management & Control (DMC) Team processes who provide regulatory and transactional communications to participants.
Assign sample of cases to consultants to review and report findings maintaining specified production/ efficiency metrics to ensure consistent and reliable service quality metrics
Partner with the business leaders to provide timely updates and insights on the current process.

Educational Requirements

University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
