Your skills: - MS Office knowledge (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Basic IT knowledge
- Very good analytical skills
- Good English skills (in speaking & writing)
- Readiness to work on shifts 24/6
Your Tasks:
- Opening, monitoring and updating incidents in our ticketing system
- Data validation, analysis and reporting
- Monitoring the correct timelines (SLA) and ticket flow
- Collaboration with our engineers and manager
