  • We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven TeleSales Executive to join our sales team.
  • As a TeleSales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, engaging potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone.
  • You will play a crucial role in promoting our car rental and homestay services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales leads and promote Trippr's car rental and homestay services.
  • Provide detailed information about Trippr's offerings, including vehicle options, accommodation options, packages, and pricing.
  • Understand customers' travel requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
  • Actively listen to customers, address their concerns, and overcome objections to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:


  • 02 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Selfmotivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
  • Resultsoriented mindset and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry, car rental services, or hospitality is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
