Description

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather relevant data for budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial trends and variances to ensure accurate and realistic budget projections.
• Work closely with department heads to understand and incorporate operational plans into financial forecasts.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation of financial models and business cases to support investment proposals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate financial strategies and projections to potential investors.
• Participate in due diligence processes and provide necessary financial information to facilitate investment decisions.
• Conduct indepth financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking.
• Prepare regular reports on key financial metrics, highlighting trends and providing insights to the management team.
• Present financial information to internal stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes.
• Help in regulatory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
