Work Experience:ï'
Hand on Experience Electrical and Electronics aggregate Packing for Electrical Vehicle (EV), Petrol, diesel, CNG.

ï'

Knowledge of EE aggregate packing standard like AIS, EEC, agronomic study etcï'
Wiring harness 3D Routing in add on advantage.

ï'

Integration (packaging) of E&E component like ECUs, acoustic, ADAS component etcï' knowledge of Electrical aestheti cally part Packaging like Lamp, Switches, Display etc.

ï'

Experience in design of 2D drafting, 3d modelling & Vehicle level DMU for E &E component packaging point view.

ï'

Thorough knowledge of Catia V5 Mechanical module along with Sheet metal, Surface modules are pr eferable.

ï'

Good Understanding of packing standard like, GD & T, Gap and flushness, stack up analysis, DVA etc.

ï'

Explore to Team Ce ntre (PLM).

ï'

Understanding of Design & Development process.

ï'

Knowledge of quality process such as DFMEA, DFA, DFM, DFS 8D etc.

ï'

C oordination of development cycle like prototype, Supplier and testing agencies.

ï'- Participation in vehicle build & issue resolution

Design Software Tools:
a)

Experience in Catia V5 (Mechanical module)Database Knowledge:
Team center (PLM)

Additional Requiremen ts:
a) Should be able to work in shifts.b) Willing to relocate as required.c) Should have good Communication skills.
