JOB DESCRIPTION:


Role and Responsibility:


  • Attending Practo calls and divert the traffic to the respective centres
  • Transferring the calls to concerned department if necessary for any further enquirers
  • Ensuring compliance to appointment management system for scheduling and rescheduling appointments
  • Follow up with the patients received on Practo for conversion
  • In case of a patient coming for Inpatient services/procedures (Day Care/MOT/Admission confirms the availability of bed and then admits the patient after completing the necessary paper work/formalities.
  • Be informed about the availability of a consultant or the working of a particular department.
  • Keeping a record of the number of patients referred by each field force & the referral doctor.
  • Keeping a record of the number of patients referred by our internal doctors
  • Keeping a record of the number of patients referred by our external doctors
  • Intimating the field force of the patients referred by their customers or doctors from their areas irrespective of whether they are meeting or not.
  • Attending the toll free calls & forwarding details of the calls received every day and the action taken in this regard including the follow up.
