  • We're looking for someone with strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger teamoriented environment._
  • Selfstarting, intellectually curious and creative individual comfortable operating in a fastpaced, dynamic environment_
  • Responsibilities_
  • In this role, you will be responsible for Employee Data Management, Recruitment Administration, helpdesk, Compensation Administration, Benefits Administration and Payroll supporting the client in one or more of the following areas_
  • 1) Recruitment Administration_
- a. Validating the data included in job requisitions and job descriptions as agreed in SOP_
- b. Posting the job requestions to defined job sites as agreed in SOP_
- c. Provide support to schedule interview and manage logistics_
- d. Create offer letter as per standardized templates_

  • 2) Employee Data Management_
- a. Update new hire records in the system_
- b. Update employee personal data changes which are not processed through Self Service_
- c. Update employee job data and organization data changes_
- d. Process separation and transfers in the system_

  • 3) Helpdesk_
- a. Respond to queries_
- b. Resolve and research queries as required_
- c. Maintain and update ready reckoner of all queries_
- d. Update case status on case management tool_

  • 4) Compensation & Benefits Administration_
- a. Validate compensation data received from HR/Managers_
- b. Ensure compensation inputs are within guideline and approvals are in place_
- c. Update various compensation inputs - salary increases, bonus, incentives in HRIS/Compensation module_
- d. Perform audit on data entry_
- e. Send comp updates to payroll team_
- f. Generating letters (year-end)_
- g. Managing notifications_

  • 5) Payroll_
- a. Manage requests pertaining to Payroll data inputs
  • Hours, Earnings & Deductions_
- b. Consolidate and share all inputs to payroll vendor_
- c. Run audits to ensure adherence to process guidelines_

  • Language Support required_
  • Genpact Delivery Center Language_
  • India (Noida) English_
  • Good verbal and written communication skills_

  • Qualifications we seek in you_
  • Minimum qualifications_
- _Any Graduate (preferable in Commerce)_

  • Preferred qualifications_
  • Exposure to Transition of a new HRO process_
  • Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact._
  • Should have E2E knowledge with work experience in HRO_
  • HR skillset and experience
  • Intermediate. Knowledge of Oracle HCM_
  • Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits_
