Front desk receptionist is URGENTLY needed in JONAPUR, CHHATARPUR, New Delhi (ONLY FEMALE)
A vibrant and well-organized FEMALE front desk receptionist to join our administrative team is needed at our school.
The perfect applicant will be exceptionally organized and communicative, have a good outlook, and be passionate about working with children and families.
Eligibility:
- Diploma/Degree
- Good English communication skills
- 2 years or more of experience in a customer service or receptionist role (worked in school will be bonus)
- Preference will be given to an experience person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct admissions interviews and assessments to evaluate prospective students' readiness for preschool.
- Explain and clarify admission requirements, procedures, tuition fees, and other relevant information to parents.
- Plan and organize admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and orientation sessions for prospective parents and students.
- Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to admissions
Handling administrative tasks:
This includes managing records and files, preparing reports, managing the center's billing and financial records, and managing the center's inventory and supplies.
Their responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining accurate records of children and staff
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Managing personnel files and coordinating staff schedules
- Helping center head / School Principal in morning meetings / Afternoon meetings and followups with teachers to complete the planned calendar for the day.
- Greeting parents and visitors and providing information about the school
- Managing the signin and signout process for children
- Managing the center's schedule and appointments
- Coordinating with staff to manage the flow of children and parents in and out of the center
- Managing the center's communication tools such as newsletters, social media, and other marketing efforts.
Salary:
₹180, ₹264,000.00 per year
