    is a unit within Oracle that establishes long-term relationships with many of Oracle's customers through annuity-based service contracts and project-based one-time services.

    It is an offshore Hub that will cater to the needs of all Service entities across Oracle globally. GSC team sells from a broad IT-services portfolio on both the fixed price and T&M basis.

    As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will:·Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules·Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant·Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design·Should have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modules·Fusion Time and Labor·Fusion Comp and Ben·Fusion Payroll Fusion Absences o·Fusion Securities o Fusion Core HR·Fusion Talent Modules o Recruit & Learn·Should have good communication and presentation skills·Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
