Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in architecture for
Archaeology Museum, Vadnagar, Gujarat

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimates for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to source materials, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing to ensure costeffective project execution.
  • Oversee onsite activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with design specifications, and quality standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and verifying bills submitted by contractors, ensuring accurate billing and payment.
  • Foster seamless coordination between the design and execution teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 34 years of experience in architectural design, interior architecture, and project coordination.
  • Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in BOQ preparation, vendor management, and bill verification.
  • Solid knowledge of construction market rates and pricing trends.
  • Excellent coordination skills to bridge the gap between the design and execution teams.
  • Ability to communicate fluently and confidently with clients and stakeholders.
  • Adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting project deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
