Responsibilities:

Guide, Coach, Mentor Product Delivery Teams on DevSecOps practices and automation strategies.

Create, enable and accelerate CI/CD tools management.

Be an active member of Engineering Community of Practice.

Create and maintain technology accelerators, standards, and decision trees.

Create and maintain training and educational materials for Solution Delivery Teams.

Understands security and compliance aspects of DevSecOps.

Understands monitoring and metrics gathering.

Provide technical leadership in development and implementation of DevOps processes and Continuous Integration initiatives with DSO Project Leads, Enterprise Teams and Clients.

Stay abreast of the latest in DevOps technologies, DevOps and Continuous Integration (CI); work closely with other teams on design and implementation of best practice process in these areas.

Evaluate new technology stacks against current tool set, implementing appropriate changes as necessary, driving and coordinating the change across the landscape.

Continually enhancing the DSO processes to support the required business needs, including adherence to all processes across entire project portfolio.

Ability to develop build and deployment self-service capabilities to meet the needs of development teams.

Maintain and enhance external interfaces to build infrastructure ensuring best practice security measures are being implemented with deployment practices at all times.

Develop strong relationships with EIT teams across business segments.

Ability to communicate ideas and business cases at the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience.

Facilitate the completion of external and internal audit requests.

Participate in ongoing development of DevSecOps strategy and vision.

Ensure new DSO team members are trained on DevSecOps processes and tools.

Coordinate and automate metric collection, driving KPIs toward yearly strategic objectives.

Plans and executes system implementations that ensure success and minimize risk of system outages or other negatives production impacts.

Demonstrates problem solving ability that allows for effective and timely resolution of system issues including, but not limited to production outages.

Analyzes production system operations using tools such as monitoring, capacity analysis and outage root cause analysis to identify and drive change that ensures continuous improvement in system stability and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Innovative and strategic thinker with strong leadership skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to perform duties under mínimal supervision while exercising discretion and independent judgement.

Proven experience with sophisticated, large-scale implementations.

Hands on technologist, must be able to code (Shell, PowerShell, Python, Perl, Java, Groovy etc.,)

Hands on experience with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins, Concourse, Vault, SonarQube, Harbor and deployment/upgrade strategies.

Hands on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, HELM, GCP/AWS.

Experience with different integrations with CI-CD tools is a plus

Experience with being able to develop integration APIs is plus

Knowledge of Dynatrace, Prometheus & Grafana.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

8+ years' experience in related field preferr
