    Job description

    A US healthcare recruiter is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for healthcare positions of US-based Clients. This includes working closely with US hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews and reference checks.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and developing relationships with potential candidates through networking, job fairs, and other recruitment efforts
    • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
    • Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the US.
    • Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
    • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
    • Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
    • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
    • Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques. Preparing candidates for screening with the clients.
    • Ensuring that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.

    Required Candidate profile

    Graduation (any stream)

    Freshers can apply

    Good English Communication Skills

    Must be comfortable on Night Shift
