Description

Responsible for day to day project supervision for conversion and repairs of commercial vessels.

• To ensure safety, quality of work and meet delivery deadline
• To ensure work assigned is carried out effectively and productively within budgeted manhours allocated by Commercial Department, meet customer's specifications and requirements.
• Accountable for the team of workers and subcontractors under his responsibility and also the overall progress of the repair projects.
• Ensure good coordination and communication between your work team & other departments and owners when work is carried out.

Requirements:

• Preferably 5 years of working experiences in marine or related fields.
• Completed Shipyard Safety Supervisor Course and Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Having the passport and willing to work in UAE.
• Able to read System Schematics & isometric drawings for fabrication and installation of Mechanical systems.
• Understanding of Mechanical and Class Standards for ship repairs.
