Shift Timing: 7.30PM - 5.30AM

**Duties & Obligations:

  • Need to handle customer enquires, as it in banking and financial sector.
  • Trouble shoot the customer queries.
  • Ability to work in night shift.
  • Make a documents verification from customer and upload the details in the form filing and submit in software ERP.
  • Manage and ensure the customer satisfaction.
  • Good to handle in telephone call's and system knowledge as while in multi task work.
