Overview:


As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between our client and the agency, overseeing digital media initiatives.

You'll work directly from the client's office, collaborating closely with both internal teams and agency representatives to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Communication:
Act as the main point of contact for all social media-related matters between the client and the agency. Facilitate regular communication, updates, and feedback loops to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and deliverables.

Campaign Management:

Assist in the planning, implementation, and optimization of social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports to both client and agency stakeholders.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with the client's internal teams and the agency to develop engaging content strategies, including but not limited to copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia content.

Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Community Engagement:

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner, and foster meaningful interactions with the audience.

Actively participate in community management efforts to build brand loyalty and advocacy.

Analytics and Insights:

Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, etc.

Extract actionable insights from data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.

Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and recommend strategies to enhance the client's digital presence.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience 1 year in social media management, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising principles.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
