  • The Order Management Manager is responsible for managing and supporting several business areas within

Order Management:
The OM Manager has responsibility for managing customer order activity through the order fulfillment cycle. Manage the team and drive them to provide excellent customer service to the internal and external customers. Liaison between Client Managers and external customers._

  • Responsibilities_
- _Capacity planning, scheduling the work load and right prioritization to reduce cycle time and to increase productive utilization of man hours._
- _Project planning and implementation in areas of cost reduction and improving efficiency._
- _Managing the day to day operations of new business initiatives & customer service._
- _Ensures the selection, orientation, development, and retention of a sufficient number of qualified staff to carry out the responsibilities._
- _Managing and mentoring people. Responsible for maintaining the SLA & metrics of databases of the teams. Stack ranking analyzed every quarter to evaluate performance._
- _Identifying training needs through people interactions, evaluations, reviews and issue analysis across the teams and ensuring trainings are conducted at regular intervals._
- _Managing Team functions viz. planning, recruitment, selection & performance management (including performance / quality evaluation) for all employees in the team._
- _Leading, mentoring, coaching, monitoring team members to ensure efficiency in product knowledge, process operations & meeting of individual & group targets._
- _Strong understanding of the Fine and Penalties levied like OTIF and be able to influence change with the stakeholders_
- _Used the Lean Six Sigma/ BPMS/Six Sigma approach to streamline the Quality Process._
- _Ensuring that teams adhere to the quality tools & procedures [FMEA, Quality Checklist and RCA]. Develops and manages key performance indicators._
- _Addresses questions from auditors such as ISO, FDA, Division, and Corporate._
- _Ensures optimization of operations through focused, continuous improvement._
- _Developed and shared the MIS reports for the work done by Genpact and setup the Monthly Governance meeting with the Stakeholders_
- _Business Continuity Plans in case of emergency to ensure work is not affected. Ensures all SOP's and Policies are functionally accurate, and all associates are thoroughly trained and 100% compliant._
- _Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP._

  • Qualifications we seek in you_
  • Minimum qualifications_
- _Bachelor's Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Material Management or related area of study_
- _Extensive experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or Planning or Order to Cash experience in a distribution environment is preferred_
- _Strong Customer Service background required, preferably in Supply Chain. A wide and detailed understanding of Order Fulfillment processes and procedures._
- _High level of people management skills due to the variety of collaboration partners_
- _Requires strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills_
- _SAP/ IBM/ ERP experience required_
- _Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Able to construct effective communications in writing._
- _Project Management experience preferred._
- _Strong focus on detail and accuracy, proactive._
- _Excellent problem-solving ability._
- _Strong knowledge of Excel._

  • Preferred Qualifications_
- _CSM, APICS Certification preferred_
