- SM Marains Advances Gearboxes India Pvt Ltd is a marine engineering solutions company that has been in business since 1962. The company is based in Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu and is a leader in the marine fishing industry.
- SM Marains manufactures, exports, and retails marine gearboxes, marine propulsion engines, and marine engines. We also sell ADVANCE brand marine gearboxes and SINOTRUK brand marine diesel engines across India's coastal states.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a track record of successful campaign execution and resultsdriven strategy development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Salary:
₹15, ₹50,000.00 per month
