Experience:

Total experience:
5 years of experience in guest relations or related positions.
Minimum experience:
12 years of experience in a guestfacing role within the hospitality industry.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Skillset:

Good communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.

Join our vibrant team as a Guest Relations Officer at our luxurious hotel/resort, where hospitality meets excellence.

As a Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring unparalleled guest experiences and creating lasting memories.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist guests with checkin and checkout processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Provide personalized recommendations and information about the hotel/resort amenities, local attractions, and services.
Coordinate special requests, celebrations, and ensure a memorable experience for guests.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively address them to enhance overall satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback and complaints with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel/resort services, facilities, and promotions.

Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven customer service experience with a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
Ability to handle challenging situations with grace and composure.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hospitality software and reservation systems.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.

Salary:

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
