Synopsis of Role:
A Associate - Operations is responsible for managing the relationship between a company and its vendors.
They ensure that vendors deliver quality products on time, while also ensuring that the company gets the best value possible.
Key Responsibilities
- In the case of delays/cancellations/damage, escalate the issue to Manager Operations
- Coordinate with vendors and inhouse quality team to improve order processing & product quality by relaying quality feedback and escalating performance issues.
- Seller On boarding
- Liasoning with potential vendor partners
- Maintaining Database of listed products
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting as directed by Manager.
Qualification
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of SAAS.
- Must have excellent knowledge of EXCEL.
- Good English is written and oral skills.
Experience
2 or more years of relevant experience in similar unit.
