Managing the demos of new students and making sure demo is coordinated well and conducted on time

Coordinating with customer and sales team for demo
Explaining various courses, clearing their doubts, and suggesting them the best option
Adopting best practices for improving lead to sales conversion ratio
Maintaining accurate records
Reviewing sales performance
Usage of technology and computer skills (Excel, Word, Mails, WhatsApp): Training in CRM will be provided
Dealing with parents of young kids and hence the most important aspect of this job would be your interpersonal skills and sensitivity to our customers
