Should have good Customer service skills and Sales skills.- Make outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing provided contact lists or databases.
- Identify and qualify leads by effectively communicating and probing for project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Foster strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions, while ensuring timely followup to nurture relationships and advance them through the sales funnel.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified prospects, coordinating schedules and communicating necessary details to both parties.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts, providing feedback on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggesting improvements.
