for their world-class medical glove manufacturing plant, located at SIPCOT, Dindugal / Madurai.

Engineering graduate is preferred but not mandatory

Minimum of 2 to 15 years of experience in any engineering industry in Chemist / General management positions

Good leader, able to work with diversified teams and get the job done timely

Quick learner and able to adopts to situation

Must demonstrate "Lead by example"

Experiences - must be worked, gained successful in-depth experience in the below areas

Production management
Plant Service (Maintenance of both electrical and mechanical)
Quality product quality (DAY TO DAY)
Systemic approach to problems solving
Understanding of 5S

Ensure targets are achieved on a consistent and sustainable basis

Aggressive but sustainable approach towards business goals and projections

Successful track record in managing operations of any industry with modern management tools.

Location:
SIPCOT, Pallapatti, Dindugal Dt. - 30 km from Madurai

It's expected that this person manages the operations as such he or she is an entrepreneur.
