The Talent Acquisition Executive plays a crucial role in workforce planning and hiring for the company's plants,fabrication yards,corporate offices.Recruiters will collaborate with business heads,plant leaders,and project managers to understand manpower requirements.Translating these plans into actionable recruitment strategies is an essential part of this job.Managing full-cycle recruitment,sourcing,strategies,vendor management,stakeholder management and compliance are also key responsibilities.Key skills include strong understanding of manufacturing & Oil & Gas job roles,knowledge of fabrication,EPC projects and plant operations.An MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent experience in Oil & Gas companies are preferred qualifications.Job description
