Description
Locate products, check stock availability, arrange collection/ delivery and process exchanges.

  • Handle complaints, promotion enquiries, product information enquiries, pricing enquiries, voucher use, gift registry etc
  • Facilitate rootcause investigation, providing status updates, followthrough on corrective actions and any other customer queries.
  • Assist on membership requests or queries, for example, but not limited to helping customers reset passwords, activate accounts, update details and answer members' queries.
  • Ensure that both an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all cases. This includes recording all communications and details of actions taken between the various parties and all information taken into consideration.
  • Must approach all matters in a nonbased and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of Sales Order management and Invoicing in order to quickly relate to customers on their orders

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
