Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.

  • Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Maintain MIS in the correct format.
  • Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible
  • Follow up with existing customers.

Skill:

Good Communication skill in English and Hindi

Prior Tele sales Experience would be preferred.
