About our Team:

Our AI team is a dynamic group of people dedicated to leveraging the power of data to drive success across various departments such as E-Commerce, Retail, Logistics, Product, Marketing, User Happiness, Sustainability etc.

As a valued member of this team, you will be involved in the entire lifecycle of projects including the scoping of a problem, planning milestones and deliverables, identifying success criteria, and will have complete ownership of execution and delivery, ensuring your contributions span the full spectrum of our data initiatives.

Your Mission, Should You Accept It:

Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights
Develop and deploy predictive models and algorithms to support business decisionmaking.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and identify opportunities for datadriven solutions.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
Keep abreast of advancements in data science, AI, and industryspecific tools to enhance analytical capabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

years of experience in handling data science projects. Only relevant and hands-on experience will be considered.

Experience in Ecommerce, Retail or CPG industry is a strong plus.
Proficiency in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
Passion for data with strong analytical mindset and focus on drilling data for commercial insight
Expert level knowledge in Python: Ability to work efficiently at scale with large data sets
Intermediate or Expert at using SQL for querying and manipulating data. Experience with any large cloud database and familiarity with distributed computing e.g. leverage Spark for large jobs.
Understanding of Data Lake systems, preferably Databricks
Handson Orchestration Tools like Apache Airflow.
Understanding of Software Engineering best practices.
Proficiency in code management / version control tools such as GIT, DevOps
Experience working in cloud computing AWS services (S3, Redshift, Aurora, Sagemaker) or
GCP.
Experience in deploying machinelearned models in production environments.
Experience with Neural Networks / Deep Learning a plus.
