Job Role and Responsibilities- Recruitment of dealers and distributors
- Training for dealers and distributors
- Generate new business leads
- Increase brand awareness and market sales
- Coordinating marketing strategies with sales, operations and marketing team
- Developing and managing the marketing department's budget
- Managing marketing department's staff
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to senior management
- Promoting our brand at major events, fairs etc.
Qualifications:
- Min 2+ yr experience in marketing and management related activities
- Any degree (good to have
- Marketing & Sales)
- Proven work experience as a marketing manager
- Knowledge on marketing techniques and strategies
- Good communication and networking skills
- Good interpersonal and representation skills
- Team management skills
Salary:
₹30,000.00 per month
