    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Relationship Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This includes understanding their business needs, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position located in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Active listening and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to understand and identify client needs
    • Knowledge of B2B sales and negotiation techniques
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
    • Driven and self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset

    Roles and Responsibilites

    Identify New Sales Leads.

    Must Have Laptop ( Optional) And Own Vehicle

    Field Sales

    Prospect For New Clients By Networking.

    Cold Calling.

    Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

    Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

    Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

    Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

    Participate in pricing the solution/service.

    Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

    Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

    Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

    Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

    Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
