Full job description:

Banking Operations: Coordinate and manage banking activities such as cash deposit, cash withdrawal, cheque deposit, and other financial transactions in compliance with banking regulations and protocols.

Field Coordination: Oversee and coordinate field activities related to banking services, ensuring timely and accurate execution of transactions and adherence to banking policies.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors for material handover, receipt of supplies, and managing courier services for timely delivery and pickup of documents and materials.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures for banking operations and documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Client Interaction: Communicate with clients regarding banking transactions, address queries, provide assistance with documentation requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of banking transactions, material handovers, and courier services for internal audits and regulatory compliance.

Health and Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security protocols during field activities, including handling sensitive documents and materials.
