Roles & Responsibilities-

  • Handling a given set of clients as a portfolio where you will be selling properties to them
  • Responsible to build a good relation with clients and then pitching them about the available properties.
  • Coordinating with a Real estate developer.
  • Property visits and client meetings.
  • Responsible for generating revenue by selling property.

Its customers are served by Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers (like private banking) with property purchase, Documentation, Home Loan/ Mortgage Support, Taxation & legal services, portfolio management and restructuring etc.
