As a
UX/UI Designer, you will be part of a growing group of designers, researchers and writers in our product management team that works across PEI's global product portfolio.

This includes editorial/data subscription products, membership and events products, and/or the marketing and e-comm platforms supporting them.

Roles and responsibilities:

Understanding the needs of PEI Group and its customers by playing a key role in the definition and creation of a design system.
Working with a UX writer and researcher to investigate problems defined through research and analytics.
Shaping product experiences by creating patterns and interfaces that help users understand complex financial concepts and propositions.
Promote UX as a discipline and showcase the value it brings across the business and testing your work with customers and colleagues.
You pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics

Key Requirements:

-
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer and strong visual, interaction, UX design and prototyping background.

Strong experience
creating design systems.
Prior experience in using
Figma is mandatory.
Should have prior experience in running ethnographic research and user testing manually.

-
Product design (end-to-end) experience is important.

Strong experience with
Wire Framing is important.
Should have prior experience in working with accessibility best practices.
Knowledge of
HTML,CSS and Javascript is good to have
Experience with
AI designing is good to have.
Financial services experience is beneficial and a good to have.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are crucial.
Capability to solve complex technical issues and comprehend risks before the circumstance.
Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines in a changing environment.
