B.ARCH MUST, Knowing Sketch up must, Lumion is preferred.

Your roles and responsibilities as a Senior Designer would entail the following:

Running projects, making sure costing and design align
Meeting customers for selections, design meetings, preparing proposals for design
Meeting/Calling potential customers to convert into project customers
Oversee site work for seamless design to execution.

Training will be provided for all of the above points. Architects with a B.Arch degree-Must. Proficiency in English -Must. Passion for home interiors-Must

Skills:
CAD, sketch up, excel

Additional skills that can be a added benefit: vray,lumion etc
