Job Detail

  • Need to call to customers for there outstanding dues.
Preferred person from NBFC.

Tele caller experienced person will preferable, those who handled the collection on call.

Monitor and track customer payments, update account records, and manage overdue accounts.

Collaborate with customers to establish suitable payment plans or negotiate settlements.

Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities, communication, and agreements.

Resolve payment disputes or discrepancies through investigation and collaboration with relevant departments.
