    Offering a wide range of products including milk, dahi, paneer, buttermilk, flavored milk, and pure desi ghee, Milan Dairy Foods is known for its quality and extensive sales network.

    With a daily milk handling capacity of over 5 lakhs liters, the company has a robust procurement network consisting of 500 milk societies, 6000 milk producers, and 10 chillers.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Milan Dairy Foods Private Limited. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and HR management.

    They will handle various day-to-day tasks related to HR operations and contribute to the overall HR function of the company.

    Qualifications

    Experience in HR management, HR operations, and HR policies
    Strong knowledge of employee relations
    Familiarity with human resources practices and regulations
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    Experience of Recruitment in the dairy or food industry is a plus
