    Job Description
    Experience Level: 12+ years
    Location: Bengaluru; Remote
    Key Skills: .NET ASP, .NET Core, Application Modernization/Transformation, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, Containerization, Kubernetes
    Overview: We are seeking a seasoned .NET Architect with over 12 years of experience to lead our application modernization and transformation initiatives . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET technologies, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture .
    Requirements Responsibilities:
    • Lead the design and architecture for application modernization/transformation initiatives.
    • Oversee the modernization/transformation of at least 15 applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
    • Drive the upgrade of at least 12 applications to .NET Core 7+ version.
    • Architect and deliver the migration of monolithic applications to microservices architecture using .NET technologies.
    • Design and implement software solutions for at least 5 applications on .NET technologies in AWS and Azure Cloud environments.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance on cloud-native development, containerization, and Kubernetes.
    • Engage with multiple customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Focus on building modernization capabilities and Continuous Kubernetes (CK) integration.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Proven track record of leading application modernization/transformation projects.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
    • Advanced knowledge of containerization technologies and Kubernetes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multi-customer environment
