Job Summary:

Job Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the company, including client onboarding and account maintenance.
• Develop and implement efficient procedures and workflows to streamline operational processes.

Client Service:

• Provide exceptional client service by addressing client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their investment objectives and providing suitable recommendations.
• Develop personalized investment strategies for clients.
• Manage client reporting and communication, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification is expected.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in operations management within the financial services industry.

Pay:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month


Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
