Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday administrative activities of the regional office.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Maintain and update office records, including employee records, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including arranging orientation sessions and preparing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office maintenance, repairs, and other facilitiesrelated tasks.
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and handle any administrative issues or queries as they arise.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Administration Executive or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problemsolving attitude.
- Knowledge of local regulations and procedures related to office administration is a plus.
