In , TELAWNE POWER EQUIPMENTS PVT LTD facility was installed to manufacture Oil Immersed Power and Distribution Transformers up to 50MVA, 132kV Class, Resin Impregnated Dry Type Transformers up to 5 MVA, 22KV Class, Cast Resin Dry type Transformers up to 5 MVA, 33 KV Class, Unitised & Pad Mounted Substations up to 2MVA, 33KV Class.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core building:
Check stack, core Dia, window height; window width & frame assembly.
HV & LV Winding:
Check former OD; Winding ID/OD, Axial height, insulation arrangement etc.
In process inspection during winding for transpositions; continuity & lead positions.
Core coil assembly: check insulation arrangement during assembly as per drawing.
Check all brazed & soldered joints of HV /LV windings.
To check straightness of frames & no weavy ness in top yoke

- laminations & no air gaps at lamination corner joints.
