Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Consultation:
Initiate face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their real estate preferences, goals, and investment objectives.
Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs and provide appropriate property options.


Property Presentation and Promotion:
Present and showcase properties from our portfolio, highlighting unique features, benefits, and investment potential.
Explain property details, pricing, legal aspects, and financing options with clarity and professionalism.


Relationship Building:
Build strong rapport with clients through personalized interactions, showcasing industry expertise and commitment.
Foster trust and credibility to become a trusted advisor throughout the property transaction process.


Property Tours and Inspections:
Arrange and conduct property visits, offering detailed tours and addressing client inquiries.
Provide insightful commentary and information about the properties' attributes.


Negotiation and Deal Closure:
Guide clients through negotiations, offer submissions, and counteroffers to achieve successful property transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.


Market Insights and Research:
Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
Share valuable market insights and research with clients to support their decision-making.


Goal Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to company revenue growth.
Continuously identify new leads, prospects, and networking opportunities.


Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and transaction progress in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports, summarizing activities, achievements, and challenges.


Professional Development:
Participate in training sessions, workshops, and industry events to enhance real estate knowledge and sales skills.


Feedback and Improvement:
Gather feedback from clients and prospects to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to suggest process enhancements and customer-centric solutions.


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
