- Sourcing applicants from Job Portals.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
- Responsible for Strategic Development Process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
- Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status.
