We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Academic Counselor to join our team at VidyaXp Education Experts.The Academic Counselor will play a pivotal role in supporting students' academic success by providing guidance, resources, and interventions to help them achieve their educational goals and maximize their potential.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, customer service, or telemarketing roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Goaloriented mindset with a commitment to meeting enrollment targets.
- Proficiency in using sales tools (for Telecaller).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
