Roles and Responsibility
JD:

L1 and L2 basic and intermediate level troubleshootingManage requests incidents on ITSM toolRespond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as requiredPrompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality-Root Cause Analysis for Major incidents/problems and mitigations for the issuesPerform Performance Monitoring and Identify performance bottlenecksWork across key activities in configuration, systems management tools and backup and recoverySSL Administration like certificate renewal and monitoring Ability to write basic scripts in UnixRecruiter Name Sonal Palam
