Responsibilities:

Proven experience in a Trainer BPO role, with at least 12 Months in a Quality Analyst BPO position.
Conduct Transaction Quality Audits, Conduct Ticket Data Analysis & Error Analysis.
Ensure Confidentiality, Availability, and Integrity of Data.
Drive Quality Initiatives, Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders.
Flexibility and Availability for any adhoc business requirement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience.
Proven experience in a BPO Training, process Training role, with at least 12 Months in a Trainer BPO position.
Overall 5+ years of experience with 1+ years of Trainer experience in operations within the BFSI, banking/cards industry.
Good Knowledge Throughput, OJT throughput, NHT batch, TNI session, TNI session.
Indepth knowledge of banking/cards operations, regulations, and industry best practices
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge: Understanding of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis
Establish controls on Transaction Processing aiming for a Zero-Defect Output
Report and Publish Transaction Quality Metrics
