Head Graphic Design

Qualifications required

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in branding, packaging, print media, and product designing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate in a team environment, with good communication.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
  • Experience in the export industry or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of print media. (Machinerelated knowledge is not required. Should understand what is offset printing and how it works.)

Responsibilities

  • Managing multiple projects concurrently, balancing competing priorities and deadlines, while upholding meticulous attention to detail and consistently delivering flawless output.
  • Collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams, to understand design briefs, deliver exceptional designs, and exceed project expectations.
  • Coordinating with internal team and decisionmakers to understand exact requirements.
  • Working on the ready designs receive from the customer and send it to Merchandisers/Customers for approval.
  • Set the approved design as per the printing requirements and send it to CTP.
  • Display PDQ's & Carton design making.
  • Product Designing.

Salary:
₹29, ₹35,215.69 per month
