This is a Private Investment Banking Firm that offers Contruction Finance Loans to Real Estate Developers for their residential and commercial projects.


Position:
Account & Finance Executive

Experience: 2 to 5 Years


Qualification:
B.Comor M.Comor MBA Finance

Job Location:
Boat Club Road, Pune (Dhole Patil Road, near Wadia College)

This is work from office position


Salary:
Negotiable


Job Responsibilities:
Collecting data from builders, financial details and project details.

Compiling data in excel format.

Sending compiled data to financial institutions, banks

Good knowledge in Finance.

  • Should be able to maintain bank statements
- settle costs on balance sheets
- manage invoices
- help the senior accounts team

Work Timings: 10am to 6pm. Monday to Friday. Half Days on Saturdays.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune, Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
