About the role**

Advisor - Global Treasury Services for supporting and managing the organization's treasury and banking operations and Bank account management function.

What the role entails
This position is an excellent opportunity to join the Treasury back-office team based in Gurugram.

This dynamic team is responsible to assist and managing the large transactional operations for global banking and Treasury operations and to have strategic alignment with regional/ Group treasury teams and Business Units Controllers, FBPs and Group leadership and the wider finance and commercial organization.

Scope:
Your scope will include (but not limited to) below:

Conduct regular reconciliation of treasury bank accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Experience on Back Office confirmations of MMF, Reverse Repo, FX, and other financial instruments
Ensuring funding, Wires payments cash calls being validated before being approved with respect to authorized source documents in the process initiating the payment/transfer.
Should have good understanding of banking related projects to establish new host to host connections, MT940 setups, APIs, virtual accounts, onboarding new banks, opening and closing of accounts etc.
E-Banking Portal administration for various Global Cash management banks.
Assisting the team with documentation related to various bank facilities (Letter of Credit / Bank Guarantees /SLA agreements/bank mandates/other queries from bank).
Bank guarantee management of the assigned region(s), including processing issuance/reception/cancellation and monitoring of KPIs and maintenance of Bank Guarantee Database
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including reporting obligations and documentation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as PTP, Payroll, Tax Team, and legal teams, to ensure alignment and efficient treasury processes.
Will be responsible to maintain repository of Bank accounts, Bank Mandates and Bank signatory information which can be reproduced whenever required.
Strong Knowledge in relation to adherence of banking compliances and procedures and controls like ACB, AML, KYC, cross border restrictions, sanctions, regulated markets etc. and have fair understanding of internal banking controls and Sox controls with experience of participating in internal and external audits

About Yourself

A graduate/postgraduate degree in Finance (Com/M. Com/CTP/CPA/CS/CA/ICWA/MBA Finance)
36 years' experience of in Treasury and Banking Domain
FERA & FEMA compliances, banking procedures, KYC & compliances FACTA, AML, ACB, SOX
Sound knowledge of SAP/ ERP
Strong Knowledge of Treasury Management Tool (E.g., Quantum or similar).
Knowledge and understanding of Treasury, financial instruments or commodities would be viewed favorably.
Strong Knowledge of MS Office including excel expertise /Teams /SharePoint / MS PowerPoint
Experience in managing and handling of Banking documentation.
Good understanding of accounting principles
Sound understanding of financial markets, financial instruments, and debt instruments.
Process design and documentation (SOP's, Flow charts etc.)
Should have hands on experience on handling cash forecasts and cash management activities including risk management.
