Provide service and customer support over the call.

  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  • To make the calls to the clients/ Customers on daily basis.
  • Document processes.
  • Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
  • Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
  • Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate. recommendations/briefings.
  • Build positive relationships with customers.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
