Description
Provide service and customer support over the call.- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- To make the calls to the clients/ Customers on daily basis.
- Document processes.
- Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate. recommendations/briefings.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
