Job Description (Permanent WFH) - Night Shift

US Inbound Voice Process (Customer Service)

  • Help client's Customers
  • Fixed Night shift: 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM
  • Working: 6 days with Rotational Weekoff

Experience : 2-4 years of US Voice Process only.

  • Should have Inbound experience (US process ) with Excellent Spoken & Written English
  • Must have own laptop + WiFi Connection
  • Must have a quite & personal room to work
  • No ESI / EPF
